I managed all global infrastructure operations – compute, virtualization, storage, network, security, identities – across a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment. Also managed an internal team and external providers.

• Internal Platform Renovation: Managed VMware infrastructure, storage, backups, and a disaster recovery site (VMware, Veeam, NetApp)
• AWS Web Platform Industrialization: Brought in Packer, Ansible, CloudFormation, GitLab, and CodeDeploy to standardize deployments
• Developer Support: Set up internal GitLab and an OpenStack cloud for developers. Helped teams write their own GitLab CI pipelines
• Security: Defined the PSSI framework (aligned with ISO 27001), reorganized and segmented the network, deployed a WAF (Imperva), managed AWS security posture
