One-year contract reinforcing the RTS infrastructure team.

• Migrated Ansible Tower (AWX) to Kubernetes: Deployed an RKE2 cluster on RHEL/VMware and migrated AWX onto it
• Linux Server Administration: Provisioning, hardening, and managing RHEL servers on VMware with Ansible
• Automation & CI/CD: Restructured the Ansible project and set up GitLab CI pipelines for quality and security checks
• Monitoring: Configured Checkmk for infrastructure supervision

I was the sole person managing the entire platform – about 400 VMs and 20+ applications across multiple cloud providers.

• Multi-Datacenter Cloud Infrastructure: Designed and deployed OpenStack across 4 European datacenters (CSCS, Juelich, CINECA, BSC)
• PaaS for Project Partners: Installed OpenShift clusters with GitLab and Docker registry so teams could deploy their own applications
• Full Platform Ownership: Infrastructure design, application deployment, monitoring – the whole thing

I managed all global infrastructure operations – compute, virtualization, storage, network, security, identities – across a hybrid on-premise and cloud environment. Also managed an internal team and external providers.

• Internal Platform Renovation: Managed VMware infrastructure, storage, backups, and a disaster recovery site (VMware, Veeam, NetApp)
• AWS Web Platform Industrialization: Brought in Packer, Ansible, CloudFormation, GitLab, and CodeDeploy to standardize deployments
• Developer Support: Set up internal GitLab and an OpenStack cloud for developers. Helped teams write their own GitLab CI pipelines
• Security: Defined the PSSI framework (aligned with ISO 27001), reorganized and segmented the network, deployed a WAF (Imperva), managed AWS security posture

Web infrastructure expert helping Dassault Systemes teams migrate applications to Outscale cloud.

• Cloud Migration: Defined the hybrid cloud architecture with Outscale and built automated build and deployment tooling with Ansible
• e-distrib Platform: Designed and built the product download platform, integrated with PeopleSoft commercial SI

Early-stage sports coaching startup. I handled everything production.

• IT Infrastructure Build: Set up the entire IT infrastructure from nothing – network, internal tools, dev environments, web platform
• Production Management: Managed the payment backoffice (RBS), handled technical relationships with our hosting provider (Interoute) and CDN operators (Akamai, Level3)

Technical lead for Goomradio.com, a French online radio aggregator and streaming platform.

• Web Platform Build: Architected and built the web and streaming platform in under 3 months on Solaris/Java
• Development Support: Supported the development team with infrastructure and deployment

• IT Planning: Participated in design reviews, maintained the SFR-SI Technical Reference. Audits, studies, consulting, project support
• Web Portals & Platforms: Redesigned the SFR.fr portal, e-commerce platform, distributor portals, self-care, intranet, SSO
• Achieres Datacenter Architecture: Network and security architecture, DNS naming rules, application migration scenarios, disaster recovery plan

One of the earliest web infrastructure roles in France. The internet was new and mostly undefined territory.

• Internet Infrastructure: Defined and deployed INA’s internet infrastructure – secured the network, configured and administered every server (Firewall, DNS, Mail, News, FTP, Web, Proxy)
• mediaport.net: Built one of the first French websites
• Anim2000 Project (1993-1995): Designed and built the database layer (SGBD Versant) for this European research project on animated drawing production
